ASIAN JADE SOCIETY'S GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The next Asian Jade Society's General Membership Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Delight 28 Restaurant located at 28 Pell Street, New York, New York. Meeting will start at 1900 hours.
2010 ASIAN JADE SOCIETY ANNUAL PICNIC / BBQ
The 2010 Annual Asian Jade Society Picnic will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010 from 11 AM to 5 PM. All members must have their 2010 dues paid by July 31, 2010. Picnic location will be emailed to those who RSVP. There will be a 100% guest list check at the entry area on the day of the picnic.
The Asian Jade Society in conjunction with SOAFO cordially invites its member and their family to our 2010 Annual Fun in the Sun Picnic. This year's event will take place at a residence in Long Island.

Date: Saturday, Aug 7, 2010
Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pool will be closed at 5pm sharp)
Current members and their immediate family only (No Exception)
**YOU MUST RSVP BY NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1**
There are a few rules in place:
- Parents responsible for child / guest (esp in pool)
- No horse play in the pool
- No pets
- Pickup after yourself and child.
- Properly dispose of your food / drinks / garbage
- No eating in the pool
- Do not go where you don't belong. Do not enter any area or rooms or not authorized.
- Bring your own sports equipment (eg football, baseball etc)
- Must RSVP at http://www.nypdajs.org/17.html (No Exception)
We will have a 100% ID checkpoint at driveway.
These are common sense rules. Any and all individuals will be removed from the residence if they are not respectful of the property, hosts, guests and rules.
We provide this service to our members for supporting this organization, but we do need your support by volunteering to help out with running this event. Please email us if you can help out.
